Sale of takeaway and delivered dishes by ISHIKAWA, ordered online.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. ISHIKAWA reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant when you collect your order, or on delivery. Methods accepted at the restaurant: cash and bank card; on delivery: cash, meal vouchers (titres-restaurant) and chèques-vacances.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway: collection at the restaurant at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery: area, minimum order, fees and lead time are shown when you order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
